Job Responsibilities and Requirements: You'll be doing:Internal Communications Strategy & PlanningIn partnership with Agency Marketing, Human Resources and the Executive Leadership, establish an internal communications strategy for both global and local application.Develop and own an internal communications execution plan which will include programs with multiple touchpoints and a calendar of rotating content. Set up metrics for initiatives and monitor behaviors and outcomes to improve efforts. Proactively identify and present opportunities for additional internal communications initiatives including new channels/programs to further engage audiences.Content Development & Delivery In partnership with the Agency Marketing team, ensure internal communication messages are consistent across all mediums and for different business units and are in-line with external communication messages. Create communications for both traditional and non-traditional communication channels in the form of intranet content, internal email newsletters, executive speeches/emails to staff, and other materials for lobby experiences, chair/desk drops, internal office screens and more. Work across geographies to capture timely, strategic stories about our work and our impact;Write and edit materials to ensure that they are on brief, on voice, and on brand;Work with the senior designer on content templates in order to increase efficiency and consistency across our internal communications;Respond to feedback and adjust content accordingly. Work closely with Agency Marketing and the Executive Team to create the strategy, develop content and project manage our annual internal global kick off meeting. Manage and have oversight of the agency intranet, coordinating with Agency Marketing and HR on content. Oversee and manage employee fashion line - proactively collaborating with team to design the annual collection. Manage internal onboarding efforts which includes management of new hire experience, distribution of promotional items for new employees and working with local management on new hire internal announcements. Partner with social media team to share employee experiences/human interest stories/quick facts. Create and promote internal employee advocacy initiatives such as social sharing of content. Own and coordinate communication of internal office experiences such as lobby installations, local experiential initiatives/activations, etc. Assist local management teams to create important internal agency communications announcements as new business winsIn partnership with the Global PR team, handle any internal communication response to crisis situations which affect company perception and reputation. we're looking for:A college degree with 4-6 years of experience in marketing, communications and/or business writing/journalism. Experience within internal communications. Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills as well as the journalistic ability to source stories from employees.
