Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Job Duties: Process payment to vendors for Corporate Operations which includes supplier set-up, initiating purchase orders, receiving invoices from vendors, verifying payments and department charge coding, reconciling monthly statements, and be a point of contact for accounts payable and vendor issues/questions Supporting LP Operations for Background Screenings procurement and Guard Services budget management and PO/invoice reconciliation Consolidate monthly close reporting from all corporate functions and ensure it is completed accurately and timely to send to corporate accounting Perform quarterly Corporate HQ consolidation duties which include gathering quarterly significant accounting items, pulling balance sheet data from financial database, ensuring new departments/accounts are captured or legacy departments are deleted, variances explanations from business partners are provided, and financial data is accurate Maintain invoice and PO files tracking documentation thoroughly and accurately Provide ad-hoc analysis and decision support as needed Maintain strong internal controls and ensure AP and SOX compliance Utilize and leverage financial databases and systems for analysis Establish and maintain strong business partnerships across finance, cross functional teams, and vendors QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor s degree in Finance or Accounting. Minimum 2-4 Years Finance/Accounting experience (Accounts Payable experience desired) Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Detail oriented with strong organizational skills. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Solid interpersonal skills with proven ability to develop and maintain effective business partner relationships at all levels of the organization. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and adapt to a changing, fast paced environment. Strong sense of accountability and ownership. Proficient in Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint. Experience with Hyperion Essbase, and Oracle desired.
