Job Responsibilities and Requirements: For years digital marketers have focused solely on targeting audience without any concern for content adjacency. Now, video budgets are migrating from television to digital video, audience AND content alignment is becoming important to CMOs. ZEFR analyses individual videos at scale, applies unique content labeling to each and every video and allows marketers to leverage that data to target video content along with audience. Heres what youll get to do: Prospect, qualify and close deals to ingest, label, and enrich video inventory from Video SSP, Video Publishers, Video Platforms and OTT Providers Prospect, qualify and close ZEFR data integration deals with DSP and Video Ad Servers Understand and effectively communicate ZEFRs value proposition, technology, processes, and partnerships as they relate to growth of current and prospective customer accounts Generate reporting on all phases of the sales life cycle including revenue and goal metrics Work with Product and Engineering to give market feedback with regards to the Data Product Develop presentation strategies based on customer need and response Develop business frameworks and models to hire and build out the Data BD Team Heres what were looking for: 7 years of experience in online media/marketing, preferably with an established DSP, DMP, or Programmatic Advertising Company Skill set and passion that is equal parts strategy, sales, and partnership management This individual needs to have a hunter mentality. Be able to navigate large organizations to get to the decision makers Very strong understanding of the current AdTech and MarTech industry Strong relationships within the AdTech and MarTech industry Self-starter, ability to thrive in a fast paced growth company environment Hard-working and well-organized professional; with the ability to prioritize and multitask Entrepreneurial and energetic: highly self-motivated individual who works well independently and within a team environment Must have excellent listening, negotiation, presentation, written and verbal communication skills MBA preferred.
