Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Primary Responsibilities Create marketing strategy and annual marketing calendar, including budget and yearly marketing schedule including company communication, sales tools, showroom graphics, etc. Define and execute marketing initiatives across the organization, working closely with the leadership team, business unit owners and organizational leaders to define objectives to grow the business while building awareness of the brand and its products. Implement multi-channel marketing campaigns that include web, email, printed collateral, print advertising, social media, multi-media and PR components. Manage marketing staff and vendors, including graphic designers, web developers, web content managers, marketing associates, creative agencies, photographers, PR agencies and others. Execute advertising programs, from creative concept through digital content development and implementation of the campaign. Draft press releases and oversee media outreach. Design, build and develop content promotion initiatives on social media to highlight high-value content. Book, promote and coordinate special events in conjunction with VP Sales and showroom General Managers. Oversee photoshoots, including planning and onsite direction of photography and managing resources. Participate in the redesign of the company website, working with third party vendor to improve the usability, design, content and conversion of current website. Improve the usability, design, content and conversion of the company website. Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing. Required Skills Minimum Qualifications Bachelor s degree in marketing, communications or business 10-15 years plus experience required Experience in B2B marketing, corporate or agency environment preferred Experience in luxury brands a plus Ability to travel 1-5 days a month Proficient knowledge of social media platforms including Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, etc. Exceptional project management and communication skills Proficiency across marketing channels, including online, print and social media.
