Job Responsibilities and Requirements: The Responsibilities Work closely with executives and other key stakeholders in the shaping and execution of the product strategy. Produce a quarterly review of product status relative to the product roadmap. Manage and maintain a product portfolio. Contribute to the processes that drive customer acquisition and adoption. Partner closely with the product development and engineering community. Keep current on all directly competitive products and changes in the market. Be unafraid to set direction and own decisions; remove impediments. Oversee the readiness of the product and the company prior to going to market. Preside over business operations as it pertains to the CTO strategy and execution Ensure alignment with industry, company strategy and departmental priorities Ability to manage projects, sets goal, monitor work, and evaluate results to ensure that departmental and organizational objectives and operating requirements are met and are in line with the needs and mission of the organization. Communicate, report and share information and progress with the CTO and Executive Leadership to ensure they are kept fully informed on the condition of the organization and important factors influencing it. Provides global direction of the organization by developing short-term and long-term financial and operational goals Oversee revenue generation, identify ways to maximize revenue, analyze financials, prepare budgets, Identify and lead new business opportunities. Provide leadership and direction to the team by identifying and implementing areas of improvement and shapes solutions. Ensure highly productive relationships and partnerships for the benefit of the organization. Participate in and nurture broad networks of alliances with others to exchange knowledge and information about learning and change in support of change initiatives Fosters and promotes high engagement, performance and collaboration while providing strategic direction across several local & remote teams Defining succession plan and people development strategy Provides thought leadership and guidance for creating process/policies/ standards, in line with Product priorities Partner with cross functional, cross regional leadership teams to create organizational process/policies/ standards Proactively adjusts process framework based on internal and external market dynamics Work closely/collaborate with the go-to-market stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Legal). Oversees the design, operation, and improvement of systems which create and deliver on organization's products or services. Oversees and adjusts organization's processes and operations as necessary to ensure efficient and effective execution of policies and procedures. Architect, refine and leverage marketing data stack and analytics team to make well informed, ROI driven decisions on current and future efforts and provide clarity to leadership on direction and decisions daily, weekly and monthly. Analyze, revise and implement real-time spend decisions based upon platform efficiencies and their impact on lead and sales goals. Consistently drive and deliver sales results to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain continuous knowledge and status on all initiatives, identifying and quickly resolving any obstacles, pivots to spend, and capitalizing on opportunities in real time. Bridge the gap between strategic ideas and tactical initiatives. Create and maintain a data-driven product strategy governance model designed to govern the product strategy and the company. Evangelize the vision of the company The Requirements 15-20 years of functional expertise in leadership roles in at least 3 of the following areas: Operations, Finance, Strategy, Product Mgmt/Dev, Sales, IT, Marketing or Business Operations Vast knowledge and understanding of the broader context of interconnection, scale and colocation Significant experience in portal development, system and process integrations Significant experience in market launching differentiated solutions that target enterprise CIO/CTO Well-developed understanding of the Enterprise IT stack, the evolving cloud landscape and its impact and potential for the Enterprise market High motivation level and appetite for fast-paced team environment; readily adaptable to changing market and organizational requirements Demonstrated strong listening and collaboration skills for uncovering both market opportunities and sales needs Outstanding written and verbal communication and influencing skills Travel required.
