Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Essential Functions:1. Build strong working relationships with assigned vendor representatives 2. Assists in monthly sales plans with suppliers 3. Use analysis of internal sales reports, industry information and supplier reports to build plans and monitor results 4. Create sales incentive programs and track results. 5. Assist in preparation of reports and presentations. 6. Organize workload to comply with deadlines and priorities and work independently to complete routine department or group functions. 7. Receive and screen visitors and telephone calls. 8. Arrange meetings and conferences; schedule appointments; and complete travel or conference arrangements. 9. Plan and coordinate work group or project scheduling, budgeting-tracking, and administrative tasks. 10. Oversee vendor recovery process through Concur and SAP 11. Perform other duties administrative duties. Key skills and competencies: Advanced computer skills required with an intensive understanding of Microsoft platforms including Word, Excel and Powerpoint Ability to multitask on multiple ongoing projects and produce results in a short time frame. Ability to analyze data and convert the information into simple formats for state leaders. Interpersonal skills necessary to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, other business areas and government agencies as required. Ability to: o to read and interpret complex reports and documents o to assimilate and interpret various sources of data and provide and make decisions on recommendations to executive management o to solve highly complex problem solving issues from start to finish Demonstrated high level proficiency of oral and written communication skills Planning and organizational skills necessary to coordinate workload around multiple assignmentsMinimum Qualifications: Bachelor s degree or the equivalent work experience in business, accounting, statistics and/or marketing.
