Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Responsibilities: Supporting the BSS project lead in working with Senior Leadership across the organization and with the Core Capability chapter owners to understand the requirements impacting BSS, and manage the scope and expectations of those requirements. Partnering with technology to document requirements for the strategic technology solutions needed to execute on the commitments Working with all Strategic Partner sites to implement the change in BSS processes Providing updates to the project lead and escalating timely if progress in hindered Understand current state BSS processes and technology to ensure alignment with the strategic vision Development Value: Excellent opportunity to be part of a global organization at the forefront of transforming the Balance Sheet Substantiation Process to design and implement the foundational processes that support the core capabilities across the Finance organization. Experience in Banking or Financial Services industry preferred -Accounting degree is required -Candidate will have 7 years of experience with a degree in accounting from accredited institution, a proven track record for success, and preferably be a CPA or equivalent or working towards a certification. -Experience with Citi Finance s strategic technology architecture, Balance Sheet substantiation and other key finance processes across all regions is strongly recommended. -Candidate should be willing to travel globally as needed. -Well-developed analytical skills -Must be able to work independently with very little supervision and handle multiple projects simultaneously -Communication skills including excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills. -Proficient in MS Office with Advanced Excel skills -Versatility and high degree of flexibility required. -Must possess a strong sense of accountability. Will be required to take responsibility for meeting key milestones to ensure timely execution. Demonstrated ability to execute on key deliverables working across functions, regions and business lines.
