Job Responsibilities and Requirements: The leader in this role will manage a team of 3 to 5. The candidate should have experience managing a team, developing leaders, analyzing new business opportunities and building strong relationships, and be comfortable managing multiple responsibilities within a fast-paced environment. The candidate must also possess strong analytical acumen and be comfortable drawing metric-based conclusions by managing an extensive amount of data. The successful candidate possesses superb business judgment with a track record of successful relationship management, team development and strong analytical acumen. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute aggressive and successful customer acquisition strategy. Develop and execute strategies to drive traffic growth from multiple sources, including free and paid search, email marketing, affiliate marketing, social networking, mobile, and on-site placements. Create and present high-quality documents and presentations to senior leadership both inside and outside the company. Drive cooperative marketing programs with leading vendors in the industry. Determine the appropriate methods and systems of metrics for measuring and monitoring marketing effectiveness, including brand awareness, brand equity, and sales results. Develop user-segmentation models and scale marketing campaigns based on quantitative analysis. Lead analytics-based funnel studies to determine best approach to acquire and retain users. Test and innovate new acquisition and engagement programs and channels. Ensure clear communication and coordination across the business, central Marketing team, and product development teams. Hire and develop a team of 3-5 individuals Basic Qualifications 8 years experience in online and consumer marketing Bachelor's degree (MBA Preferred) Deep understanding of online advertising strategies, A/B testing, and funnel-based acquisition models Excellent oral and written communication skills and an ability to influence others internally and external A track record of performance excellence; exceeding targets and building motivated and effective teams Preferred Qualifications Strong track record of solving difficult problems leveraging data Strong track record of collaborating across teams and with internal and external partners.
