Job Responsibilities and Requirements: In this role, the employee will utilize his/her experience with security standards, policies and procedures to provide consultation on information security objectives and compliance. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: - Conduct application security risk assessments; provide subject matter expertise and advisement on Application/Solution Security Assessment and application security remediation projects. - Work with Application/Solution Architects to mature application security and deployment strategies. - Effectively communicate complex IT risk and security issues to various levels of IT and the business organization. - As a trusted advisor, you will effectively communicate complex IT risk and security issues to business partners in a manner that is easily understood and actionable. - Participation on IT assessments, third party IT assessments, Application Security Review - Provide regular updates - Provide support for Information Security managed tools and applications. Minimum Qualifications: - University degree preferably with a technology focus - Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills - Strong interpersonal skills including team leadership skills, organizational skills, influencing and sound Risk Management - Strong understanding of Enterprise Procedures, Enterprise IT Risk Management Standards, and technology controls Desired Qualifications: - 5 years Information Security experience - IT Risk Management experience - IT Security Project Management experience - IT Security certification: Certified Information Systems Security Professional.
