Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Responsibilities: Facilitating a High-Performance Leadership Team Developing and coordinating the SLT meeting agendas in alignment with GI s business priorities Ensuring effective problem-solving, collaboration, and communication within the GI SLT Engaging in key initiatives and projects to ensure excellent execution and outcomes in a seamless, effective, and timely manner Proactively facilitating information flow and identifying strategic gaps to ensure smooth execution of GI priorities Proactively identifying opportunities/issues where President should be involved, prioritizing work and suggesting areas for further engagement Collaboration & Coordination Providing a strong link between GI, Workplace Solutions Group (WSG), Retirement, and other departments within Prudential multiple businesses to ensure that information, meetings and engagements align with the business priorities Responsible for strategic meeting coordination at C and SVP/VP levels including agenda, meeting management and follow-ups Collaborating with Prudential Chiefs of Staff on enterprise initiatives and responding to all corporate requests Managing and driving special projects Communications Acting as a key interface and partner to the Group Insurance Communications team regarding planning, supporting, and coordinating internal and external communications Coordinates on-site and off-site events such as large-scale conferences, town halls, SLT off-sites, etc. ensuring alignment of content to strategic priorities and high-quality execution Hands on ability to create strategic presentations and ability to tell story via slides, spreadsheets etc. Creating, supporting and / or coordinating communications for the President Responding, when needed, on behalf of the President Business Administration Coordinates SLT and business annual calendar Liaises with WSG real estate, Business Continuity Planning, Records Retention and similar other functions. Authorizes activities in these areas on behalf of President Enables the required collaboration and drives consistency for budget and expense management processes within the Customer Office Responsible for supplies and equipment procurement (e.g., furniture, A/V, signage, etc.) Manages President s vendors and consulting arrangements Coordinates charitable contributions President Speaking Engagements Fields all requests for strategic importance, relevance and availability Prioritizes requests and serves as key contact with meeting owners on content, logistics and prep calls Supports President in developing presentation concepts and building slide decks; coordinates presentation review and submission Stellar work ethic and history of being a self-starter Highest level of integrity Impeccable organization and time management skills Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Ability to effectively prioritize work efforts and manage multiple projects simultaneously Flexibility and versatility to adapt quickly to changing business priorities Strong ownership mentality with exceptional resourcefulness and drive for results Demonstrated track record as a strong collaborator who seeks to understand cross-functional viewpoints and individual business unit goals Problem solver who generates multiple solutions to issues and balances upside opportunity with downside risks to achieve positive results Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with all levels of a large organization Ability to flex work schedule with peak period demands Eagerness to learn rapidly US and GI business strategy, SLT dynamics and decision-making and insight to executive roles Willingness to travel (approximately 20%), primarily to other Group offices, including; Dresher, PA; Portland, ME; and Scottsdale, AZ Strong hands-on expertise in common tools like Microsoft Office Suite Minimum of five years of business experience in a mid -level position and in the financial services, consulting or FinTech fields Educational Requirements: Bachelors degree required.
