Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Description of the Position As a member of the Global Marketing team, this support role includes collaborating with product and business experts, global and regional marketing colleagues and compliance teams to assist in developing and executing Private Bank initiatives through various marketing communication vehicles and programs. This candidate will work directly with the trust marketing specialist to help support marketing activities around trust services and related focused themes and topics. Responsibilities include: -Assist in creating and executing relevant content to attract and engage defined target audience -Partner with business and product experts to assist in developing messaging and content across multiple communication channels -Collaborate with compliance and legal colleagues -Assist in managing recurring deliverables/projects -Support ad hoc projects in addition to day-to-day requests - Minimum 2 years previous experience in marketing communications, financial services exposure preferred - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong organization/project management skills, detail oriented - Excellent relationship skills; with limited face-to-face sales interaction, ability to communicate with multiple levels of the organization and departments - Ability to project manage multiple projects simultaneously, with flexibility - Proficiency in Microsoft Office products - Working knowledge of compliance/risk guidelines preferred.
