Job Responsibilities and Requirements: The Brand Partnerships and Experiences department is responsible for driving brand relevance and consideration through real-world engagement with the Cadillac brand. The Manager, Brand Partnerships and Experiences will help to drive the vision and strategy as well as own executional responsibility for all experiential marketing, sponsorship, and partnership activities for Cadillac. Although the role is primarily US focused, there is also global strategy and consultation responsibility for key international markets such as China, MEO, and Europe. This is an 8th-level position. ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS 10 years of experiential marketing, brand marketing, or communications experience Bachelor s degree in business and/or marketing preferredExperience inspiring and leading high performing teams and agency partnersKnowledge and understanding of luxury brand positioning and marketingStrong project management skills with ability to effectively handle multiple initiatives concurrentlyAgile, dynamic, creative thinker and problem solverHigh level of organizational skillsExceptional written and verbal communication skills; comfortable with public speaking and being an external face of the brandMust have a valid drivers license Must be willing to travel extensively.
