Job Responsibilities and Requirements: PRIMARY FUNCTION: The Bond Program Manager is the on-site representative of the Company responsible for the overall direction, completion, and financial outcome of the bond program; as well as managing and mentoring multiple Project Managers, Engineers, and Superintendents. The bond program consists of modernization to existing buildings, new construction, upgrades to athletic fields and utility infrastructure improvements at multiple campuses. TYPICAL RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES: Bond Project Manager typical responsibilities and duties include, but are not limited to the following: Responsible for day-to-day operations of the bond program with 5 to 7 years experience working on multi-million dollar, multi-year, and multi-project building programs. Direct and supervise work of project administration, project superintendents, project managers and engineers to establish operational priorities and maintain satisfactory relationships with owners, subcontractors, unions, etc. Enforce project reporting requirements Manage critical issues Assume overall accountability for jobsite safety and quality EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION: BS OR MS degree in Engineering, Architecture or Construction Management 10-15 years in the lead role on projects valued at $100 million or larger Community College and Division of State Architect experience Or equivalent combination of education and experience KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES: Strong technical and communication skills are critical Ability to work in a team environment Leadership and management skills Knowledge of CMiC, Microsoft Office (preferred) Excellent total compensation package which includes competitive health and welfare benefits, generous profit-sharing/401k plan, as well as technical and management training programs.
