Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Responsibilities: Campaign Management, Execution, and Optimization Measure, analyze, and report on campaign and website performance to uncover actionable insights that will increase efficiency and performance of our digital marketing efforts Optimize utilization our Marketing department technologies to achieve renewal and/or sales goals Execute and recommend landing page, web page, social media, and email testing plans to optimize conversion performance for lead generation and retention goals Contribute to SEO, UX and cross merchandising strategies for our website Strategic Planning and Analysis Serve as main point of contact and strategic partner to the Acquisition Marketing, Retention Marketing, Web Development, and Research teams in regards to digital strategy Provide direction for a team on best practices for website, paid advertising, SEO, data analysis, and email optimization Recommend and train team members on best practice utilization of our Marketing Automation Platform (Eloqua) including but not limited to audience segmentation, behavioral targeting, lead scoring, to improve the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns Provide data driven recommendations for improving our conversion, renewal, and lead generation efforts and guide overall Research Marketing communication strategy Partner with the Web Development team to optimize webpages impacting digital campaigns and manage our Webtrends relationship and instance Content Knowledge Maintain industry knowledge across a diverse range of topics in digital marketing and assigned health care terrain Continually develop expertise in digital marketing best practices and share lessons learned with Research and Marketing teams for sales and renewal optimization Continuously hone digital marketing technology expertise across a wide array of automation and optimization software platforms including but not limited to Oracle - Eloqua, Sprinklr, Sitecore, Webtrends Google Adwords and Analytics, and Visual Optimization Manager Basic Qualifications: Bachelor s Degree from an accredited College/University 4 years of work experience Minimum 3 years of experience in product marketing, digital marketing, marketing management, marketing communications or related roles Proven ability to make metric driven decisions using data analytics software Demonstrated experience within the digital marketing industry Experience using HTML coding to build webpages and emails Experience building, implementing, and monitoring performance of an SEO strategy Knowledge of Digital marketing methods and best practices Propensity for easily mastering new technologies Demonstrated understanding of lead generation and the marketing-sales funnel Experience with Eloqua or other marketing automation technology Experience managing website content using Sitecore or other content management system Experience using the principles of user experience and web optimization analytics such as Visual Website Optimizer to improve website performance Ideal Qualifications: Experience translating business and sales goals into actionable Digital Marketing campaigns Knowledge of lead generation, ROI analysis, and digital campaign optimization Proven ability to meet and exceed goals Experience with Salesforce or other CRM Experience managing PPC campaigns like Google Ads Experience managing social media campaigns and using tools such Sprinklr Experience with online advertising including SEO, SEM, display ads and social media ads.
