Job Responsibilities and Requirements: The Sr. Real Estate Loan Administrator will prepare new loan documentation, modifications and extensions for complex commercial loans (permanent, bridge and construction). Responsibilities include analyzing, interpreting, and investigating proper documentation to close and fund loans; will review files for completeness, and compliance with Bank policies and lending regulations. Works closely with attorneys, escrow companies, title companies to secure appropriate title insurance, including applicable title endorsements; determines the proper steps and sequence to successfully close loans and communicates the progress to loan officers and clients.
