Job Responsibilities and Requirements: The ideal candidate will work with various teams to deploy a robust social media process. Candidate should have experience managing multiple projects and planning out project capacities and understand the latest social trends and platforms. The right candidate should have leadership experience and be familiar with the entire digital space, including social channels, websites, software, SEO, and paid media. Candidate should possess a have customer-centric mindset with the ability to operate on strategic and tactical levels and balance numerous projects and timelines. Objectives and Responsibilities: Plan, manage, coordinate and execute all social media programs & initiatives Constantly monitor the social media industry to incorporate best practices and trends Strong background in running paid campaigns on social channels Plan, manage, coordinate and execute all social media programs & initiatives Develop unique value propositions, business partnerships, and social media programs Develop reporting and benchmark criteria to measure the effectiveness of social media programs Participate and initiate online conversations across a variety of channels Educate and prepare key messaging and presentation material for clients, internal teams Experience in identifying new business opportunities and suggest offerings based on customer and industry needs/ROI Job Requirements: 5 years of direct social media experience in an agency environment 7 years of experience leading and managing a team, preferably within the digital marketing industry Strong analytical, planning, forecasting and research skills Excellent communication and writing skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and demanding timeframes Knowledge and understanding of technology, search, new trends, and the latest in social media Must excel at online research, possess excellent writing skills, and have the ability to create editorial content at a moment's notice Experience in advertising, public relations, and online marketing is a plus Ability to integrate social media into broader marketing campaigns Experience in integrating content into multiple social distribution channels Proven track record of listening & engaging with the online community and acting on their behalf Hands on experience with web analytics platforms (Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, YouTube Analytics) Expert knowledge of social publishing, optimization and engagement tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Falcon).
