Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Responsibilities include: Decision-making and Problem Solving- Working closely with the product owners, designers, architects, management, and scrum teams to identify, prioritize, and complete systems and data analysis efforts for various web-based solutions. Evaluating the needs of stakeholders, and accordingly, any products, services, systems, processes, or workflows affected by those needs. Resolving questions on the requirements and the intentions and underlying business purposes. Collaboration- Supporting delivery team in day to day functions including documentation and data analysis. Prepares accurate and detailed requirement specifications documents, user interface guides, and functional specification documents. Conducting requirements including but not limited to: gathering, impact analysis and document user stories, use cases, scenarios, system features, business rules, functional requirements, and others as needed. Communication- Understanding and assessing proposed solutions in order to determine how closely they meet requirements and if they will deliver the desired business outcomes. The ability to understand the organization, and its readiness, to determine what is necessary to transition to the solution. Conveying the most complex concepts in the simplest of terms. Required Skills Technical Technologically savvy and quick learner of different tools and processes. Forensic analysis of existing data/systems/processes to identify migration/improvement opportunities Assess the impact of changes on existing business and technology processes, as well as how it will also affect other interfacing systems. Reporting Define scope, elicit, analyze and document business requirements for both new and existing products. Evaluate and draw conclusions from data related to customer behavior. Drive the resolution of issues identified during the analysis, design and testing phases. Excellent documentation and collaboration skills. Lead impact and gap analysis efforts, as well as document findings. Track, assess and qualify change requests; present them to the Product Owner for approval with recommendations. Analytical Identify, investigate, and/or confirm reported issues. Determine the source of the issue and coordinate its resolution. Improve daily testing regimens to ensure the websites are functioning at an optimal level. Support Product Owner in writing business case and financial benefit calculation for strategic initiatives. Minimum Qualification BA or BS or equivalent experience is required Analytical skills, with experience building product intuition, solving problems using data and providing practical business insights. Interpersonal and project management skills with demonstrated ability to communicate technical content and analytical insights to multiple audiences. Self-starter, with ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, drive change through influence, and collaborate with a variety of cross-functional stakeholders. Strong communication and collaboration skills; team player that can work with various cross-functional teams.
