Job Responsibilities and Requirements: The role's primary responsibilities include: Support in the coordination and/or preparation of materials for senior management, Board, and Risk and Control Committees/Forums, including: the Asset & Wealth Management Risk Committee, Directors Risk Policy Committee, and Firm-wide Risk EMR Participate in the design and execution of strategic projects; examples of past projects include: staffing adequacy analyses, core vs. non-core activity identification, committee governance reviews, and implementation of consistent best practices Play an integral role in annual Risk budget planning and ongoing expense/headcount tracking, in partnership with Risk Finance partners Maintain schedules of critical activities and deadlines for the Risk team Management of regulatory requests and follow-ups, including the close-out of agreed follow-up actions Maintenance and ongoing monitoring of committee adherence to firm-wide and specific guidelines covering charters, membership, agendas, etc. Act as Business Resiliency coordinator in organizing and leading business resiliency tests when needed and partnering with Corporate Risk resiliency teams as appropriate Lead Real Estate management activities affecting Risk Coordinate the Quarterly Business Review process and deliverables Develop and manage content for the Risk Intranet webpage The Business Management Analyst will need to be able to understand Risk and Asset & Wealth Management concepts to be able to highlight key messages from detailed analyses performed by the team or by others. Deliverables are often related to ad-hoc and unanticipated requests, so the Analyst must be able to deal with changing priorities, making good decisions about how to get the work done and communicating immediately where there are real risks to on-time delivery. Attention to detail and accuracy is critical, given the executive audience for much of the team s work. Required capabilities include: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively summarize complex information and risks in clear and concise reports and deliver it in executive level presentations with precision Experience in developing management reports/updates and presenting to Senior Management Proactive and action oriented, with strong analytical skills and ability for problem solving Ability to build strong relationships across the organization's key support areas Ability to prioritize requests and concurrently manage multiple projects Keen attention to detail, sense of urgency, and a creative mindset Excellent desktop application skills; Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc. Knowledge of SharePoint development a plus.
