Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Reporting to our Site Merchandiser, the Senior Site Merchandising Associate will work cross-functionally to develop a world-class shopping experience by ensuring that the online merchandising strategy aligns with key marketing initiatives and product investments. This person will also support future site optimization by tracking web metrics to identify trends, adding insight and suggesting potential actions. In this role you can expect to partner with nearly every team at Bonobos including Merchandising, Photo, Marketing, Tech, and Operations. Responsibilities: Site Marketing Management Review marketing emails on a weekly basis, ensuring accurate product information, merchandising strategies, and promotion communication Run point on all marketing related site material including landing page creation, asset implementation/scheduling, homepage tile strategy, and promotional messaging Curate featured shops to support marketing campaigns that align with key merchandising initiatives with the goal of increasing conversion Partner with marketing and tech design to launch on-site fit/sizing education for new programs Site Merchandising & Data Analytics Partner with the Site Merchandiser to develop merchandising strategies to support and align marketing campaigns with key product investments Maintain site integrity by performing regular site content audits to ensure accurate merchandising and current product information, copy, and photos Document and lead site merchandising process improvements where needed Utilize data tools (Google Analytics, Amplitude, Looker) to support with updating reports, adding insight to explain trends and suggesting potential actions Continuously review the competitive landscape to understand and identify emerging online trends, white space opportunities, and propose new ways to improve and evolve the customer site experience Product Launch Management Partner with Merchandising, Photo, Marketing, and Ops teams to ensure accurate data, creative assets, and up-to-date delivery windows in order to optimize the schedule of product assortment flips and presentation on-site Lead bi-weekly cross-functional meetings to discuss any delivery slides or risks to upcoming monthly flips And wait... there s more Partner with key stakeholders to execute larger maintenance projects, product rollouts, or provide implementation support Create/manage non-marketing promo codes including promos requested by Wholesale, PR, Executive Team, etc. You... Have a Bachelor s Degree and 2-3 years of site merchandising and/or ecommerce experience Are highly reliable, dependable and accountable Have strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills and are passionate about learning data tools to further analyze where the site and business can improve Are highly organized and diligent, have strong attention to detail Effectively communicate (verbal & written) internally and externally Are eager to take initiative and go above and beyond what is expected Display a genuine interest in site merchandising and AB testing Are an expert with multitasking and prioritizing, and can remain patient while having a sense of urgency Are detailed in your work, while maintaining the ability to see the overall picture and challenge the traditional path Work collaboratively with team members to achieve team initiatives Convey a can-do, positive attitude towards tackling problems and are able to react quickly to last minute changes.
