Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Key Responsibilities Lead analytics for Upgrades & Conversions programs to engage existing card members. Develop analytically derived omni-channel targeting, offer, and communication strategies to drive profitable long-term customer engagement through product upgrades and conversions. Developing industry leading statistical targeting and behavioral models that deliver business results meeting and exceeding our goals. Identify actionable customer insights based on internal and external customer behavioral and financial data. Develop sound program impact forecasting (both financial impact and customer behavior) and track program impact over time in order to build knowledge about how each treatment impacts the portfolio dynamics. Continuously improve program efficiency through test and learn on targeting and offer strategy to deliver business results that meet and exceed our goals. Manage score cards and MIS , and track program impact over time in order to build knowledge about how each treatment impacts the portfolio dynamics. Be able to identify root causes for forecast to actual variance. Work closely with business partners in Decision Management, Risk Management, Marketing, Finance, Legal and Compliance. Bachelors level degree required with background in Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Business, Operations Research or similar discipline (Masters preferred). 1-3 years working experience in an quantitative field, Financial/Credit Card industry preferred Strong analytical and practical problem solving abilities. Understanding of the consumer lending market, customer life cycle, and P&L. Knowledge in segmentation, modeling, and optimization. Know-how on analytic tools (SAS E- miner, Knowledge Seeker, SPSS etc.) and methodologies (regression, CHAID, simulation, etc.). Big data and machine learning experiences are strongly preferred (R, Python etc.).
