Job Responsibilities and Requirements: The candidate will be responsible for performing the transaction management duties for part of the portfolio in North America, which include: coordinating the internal approval process (including drafting internal approval memos) and external documentation process (including doc review) for transaction renewals and amendments; maintaining a direct dialogue with clients, other lenders and rating agencies regarding deal performance, operational issues and upcoming amendments, including arranging and conducting business due diligence reviews; performing periodic analysis on the portfolio, including review of monthly settlement reports and performing trend analysis; identifying changes in the requirements for transactions, based on developments of client needs, regulatory environment and internal capital/liquidity models; and based on the above, providing updates on and making improvement recommendations for transactions to senior team members As an integral part of a small team (ABF North America, currently comprising of 11 FTE including the hire), the candidate will need to be both a good team player as well as be able to problem solve without supervision and in general be able to get things done . Although the candidate will have primary responsibility for the transaction management duties of part of the portfolio, the candidate will also be expected to work closely with other Transaction Managers, including provide back-up for each other for business travel etc., and be willing to pitch in as the needs of the business may require. The candidate should have working experience with either (conduit) securitizations or receivable financings and the associated legal documentation, preferably through a Transaction Management, Execution or Legal role. The candidate should have excellent communication skills in dealing with external and internal stakeholders and be well suited to work in an ever evolving environment in an open floor / dealing room setting. global mandate is to focus on securitized asset based lending, receivable purchase/finance/discounting, portfolio finance, and supplier finance, and ABF will look to provide an integrated offering of these products. The ABF business ambition is to increase scale and standardization of these product offerings where possible with a clear focus on growing the portfolio. The North American market should provide significant opportunity for penetration of ABF s product suite. Your Profile: Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities: Coordinate internal approval processes around deal amendments Liaise with legal counsel, review documentation, execute amendments Monitor and analyse securitization portfolio Maintain client dialogue and perform due diligence reviews Investor and other reporting Ad hoc projects (IT improvements, regulatory impact analysis, etc.) Job Skills & Knowledge: Experience with securitization or receivables monetization product Excellent written and verbal communication skills Credit skills / background Positive energy, aiming to both share knowledge and learn, excellent team player Willingness to travel and work variable hours Qualifications: BS/BA in a relevant field 5yrs of relevant work experience Desirable: MSc/MA in a relevant field, or CFA Core Competencies: Costumer Focus Delivering Results Working Together (Cooperation) Development Value: Executive Director We expect the candidate to have or work on completing NASD Series 7, 63 and 79 licensing.
