Job Responsibilities and Requirements: PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead and manage global business-to-business marketing, business-to-customer marketing, advertising, online marketing, brand and public relations initiatives in conjunction with sales and business leaders. Develop and maintain relationships with Key Thought Leaders (KTL s). Collaboratively create global marketing strategy for all Ormco given changing market and competitive conditions that enhances loyalty to Ormco brands. Drive the uniformity and consistency of the global Ormco brand. Analyze market trends and assess demand for current and new innovations for future marketing strategies. Collaborate with the Education & Events team members to align brand strategy. Drive marketing-specific stages of the commercial value stream, using transformative marketing to identify and nurture marketing qualified leads into sales qualified leads that ultimately drive incremental revenue. Leverage analytics tools and resources to understand and optimize the performance of marketing campaigns. Develop and refine marketing segmentation for existing market to assess needs, behaviors and characteristics of current & future customer bases Provide sales force with tools, key message points, selling strategies, product performance characteristics and features/benefits. Manage the development and implementation of product launch activities in conjunction with product management, engineering, operations and other internal functions. Manage market research using Voice of Customer (VOC) from our clinicians and customers globally, as well as externally to obtain competitor strategies and market position. Manage the design and direction for collateral, web, product packaging, event materials and other visual communications media. Ensure consistent marketing communications and content. Create global digital marketing & commercial strategy and execute this strategy with IT, sales, operations and product management team Manage projects with outside agencies and internal creative teams to develop marketing campaigns. Develop a high impact, strong marketing organization that will scale and thrive as the business grows. Maintain ability to recruit, manage and develop a team capable of delivering and exceeding commitments. Assist in assessing, analyzing, and pursuing new business opportunities while maintaining the company's existing strengths. Develop and recommend pricing and provide marketing guidance based on inputs from product management, R&D engineering, manufacturing and sales. Ensure that services are marketed in accordance with budget to obtain maximum profitability and volume in relation to company goals. MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead team of 6 direct reports (total global direct team 20) and indirectly lead 25 additional global associates across the business units in the following global functional areas: Brand Management, Transformative Marketing, Digital Marketing Business Analytics Develop a high impact, strong and diverse marketing organization that will scale and thrive as the business grows. Effectively recruit, manage, train, engage and develop a team capable of delivering and exceeding commitments. Build talent funnel within marketing. Required:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or equivalent, MBA preferred10 years experience of diverse global business experience8 years experience in progressive marketing experience including brand strategy and development3 years experience in sales and/or marketing management experience3 years experience developing and implementing innovative and integrated digital marketing programsMust be willing to travel 40% of the timeQualified Candidates will possess:Demonstrates strategic agility; understands business issues and anticipates future trends and consequences; creates competitive and breakthrough strategies and plans.
