Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Job Summary Provides a significant depth of technical experience in structural engineering to analyze and evaluate complex design problems efficiently and provide viable solutions with established schedule and budget. Essential Responsibility Coordinates design and assists in providing technical direction to the scope of projects. Provides senior-level technical expertise on all project aspects associated with conceptual engineering, detailed engineering designs and preparation of contracts for construction. Assists project management with administrative operations, such as cost control on projects and quality control within disciplines. Provides direction on all structural engineering tasks from inception to completion of projects. Supervises junior staff. Assists in professional development and evaluation of staff members. Performs other duties as assigned. Basic Qualification Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering or Civil Engineering 7 years related exprience PE Revit skills Preferred Qualification/Skills Master's degree in Structural Engineering General Work Conditions Office Environment: Work is generally performed in an office environment in which there is only minimal exposure to potentially unpleasant working conditions. Incumbent must have the ability to stand and sit frequently, and reach horizontally as well as vertically for overhead use.
