This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including: Work with the PAM Service Owner to define the product vision then break that vision out into actionable items on a product backlog. Provide leadership and coaching to other product owners Mentor, coach and collaborate with engineering team members to drive decisions Work hands-on with the development team to prioritize, plan, and deliver software that meets customer requirements Focus on delivering a Minimum Viable Product through careful and deliberate prioritization Actively engage internal stakeholders and the community of users Ask the right questions, craft solutions and deliver validated products to our end users Work closely with teams to help create positive business outcomes for our clients Work with teams to discern what needs to be tested and how to test it Create a backlog, write user stories, and work with the team to manage releases Communicate effectively across all team roles Act as an ambassador for your team to all stakeholders so they can focus on building the right product Cybersecurity Technology Controls (CTC) delivers streamlined and consistent solutions supporting Controls, Access Management and IT Risk agendas, with a focus on stability, delivery, efficiencies and people. The goal of TC is to drive standardization, consistency and simplicity in a architecture that fosters long-term productivity, quality and innovation across the entire enterprise. The disciplines within this organization are Oversight & Controls Technology, Identity & Access Management, IT Risk & Controls, and Third Party Risk Management. The Global Identity and Access Management (GIAM) organization within CTC provides access control governance and Identity Services for all lines of business (LOBs) globally, providing the right access to the right people at the right time for all technology platforms and applications supported by TC, and provides a comprehensive set of applications, tools, and staff to globally implement, monitor and manage technology risk solutions. The Privileged Access Management team (PAM) provides solutions used to secure and manage privileged users and accounts. The successful candidate will work in the PAM group as a hands-on leader. Candidate will be focused on leading the development and engineering group to achieve the strategic privileged access management agenda. The candidate will be responsible for working with multiple business lines and multiple technical teams in order to implement and refine GIAM s strategic technical roadmap. The candidate have a proven track record of application development with skills in Cloud, Java and .Net, distributed cache technology and building scalable robust systems. In addition, he/she should have excellent communications skills and be able to build strong relationships with senior management within Technology and the business. Minimum qualifications: 10 years product management experience or similar Experience working with large scale distributed technology products Demonstrated empathy for the end user Demonstrated bias towards action Excellent written and oral communication skills Demonstrated experience operating in an agile environment Experience working in financial services industry Skilled at defining and prioritizing product features in a complex technical context Strong leadership and communication skills and the ability to teach others Ability to work collaboratively with others and navigate complex decision making Ability to collaborate well with engineers, designers, and other stakeholders.
