Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Job overview and responsibilities Responsibilities may include the following (but are not limited to): Assisting in the facilitation of employee engagement opportunities Coordinating meetings and special events related to program kick-offs, ongoing on-profit program needs, and departmental volunteerism opportunities Planning employee volunteer projects as assigned and demonstrating ability to handle multiple tasks with minimal supervision Providing support to employee giving and volunteerism software system including the entry and editing of employee volunteer opportunities Collaborating on the creation of employee communications to promote and clarify program features Assisting with content production, including collaborating with creative team on potential graphics and completing templates to prep copy for online posts Attending and participating in department meetings, presentations, and brainstorming sessions Other duties as assigned Required Qualifications Must be a current undergraduate student pursuing a degree in Non-profit Management, Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration Strong verbal and written communication skills Solid interpersonal skills with a focus on teamwork Experience using Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook Excellent time management skills, including the ability to prioritize and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task various responsiblities Preferred Qualifications Advanced experience in Microsoft Excel Other Qualifications Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualifications Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position Equal Opportunity Employer.
