Job Responsibilities and Requirements: A Day in the life: Provides regular and ad hoc pricing analysis and reporting for management, through BI tools and pricing software. Takes initiative in identifying and resolving issues around pricing and margin. Presents pricing analysis and recommendations to discount management team. Helps drive efficiencies in discount review process. Provides details including market comparisons, downstream impact of proposals, and review of steps needed to implement change. you'll need: Minimum 4-year college degree 5 to 7 years experience providing financial / pricing analysis with actionable recommendations based on elasticities, willingness to pay, KPI s etc. Strong analytical, quantitative, and qualitative analysis skills Minimum 3 years experience using BI interface like Tableau or, preferably, Qlik. Adept at learning new computer applications Strong collaboration, follow up skills, ease with tight deadlines, as well as the ability to manage several projects at the same time Solid written, verbal, presentation and interpersonal communication skills. Excellent Excel skills required And if you have this, even better: Workflow experience using Alteryx a huge plus Experience using PROS or other pricing software Possess leadership qualities and excellent team player.
