Job Responsibilities and Requirements: The Cloud Field Marketing team is responsible for raising awareness and interest about Google Cloud among developers, start-ups and enterprises everywhere and shepherding these individuals through a seamless customer journey, from interest to discovery, trial, commitment and advocacy, fueling market share growth. You will be a professional marketer driving Google Cloud awareness, new business acquisition, customer development and user community programs. You are passionate and results-driven individual with experience in a software or other high-tech cloud B2B organization. This role will involve developing customer use case stories, building a large, loyal and engaged customer base and actively working with a direct sales team on scalable enterprise and start-up marketing programs and campaigns across multiple segments and channels. Responsibilities Serve as the marketing expert and strategist for the Enterprise customer segment while leading the planning, development and execution of all Enterprise marketing initiatives. Develop recommendations and guidance on effective methods to target the Enterprise segment based on past results and new research. Collaborate with cross functional manager teammates to develop compelling, high-impact campaigns and ABM (Account Based Marketing) programs across multiple channels to successfully engage target accounts and generate pipeline/opportunities for Sales. Align Marketing with Sales to ensure demand generation campaigns and ABM programs are synchronized with sales priorities, objectives and goals while understanding the digital buyer s journey and developing the personalization strategy for campaign and web messaging. Help deliver insightful reporting and analytics that shows how marketing programs impact; define and track key metrics to optimize marketing campaigns, help with dashboards, and deliver ad-hoc analyses as needed. Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 5 years of relevant B2B marketing or field marketing experience. Experience in technology and cloud computing. Preferred qualifications: Experience planning and executing multiple, complex marketing programs. Experience in Enterprise account based marketing and developing and executing marketing plans for large, complex accounts. Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce.com or similar) and Marketing Automation tools (Marketo or similar) and tracking tools to assess campaign effectiveness. Distinctive problem-solving, strategic and analytical capabilities with a strong track record of setting and delivering against measurable marketing metrics. Project management skills including managing agencies, vendors and large projects. Communication skills in both business and technical situations.
