Job Responsibilities and Requirements: 1. Be a champion and defender of the user experience, regardless of other priorities. 2. Be a subject matter expert in the online and offline Wireless customer journeys, and its relationship to overarching patterns in user experience. 3. Translate the abstract into simple, elegant, and innovative designs for mobile, tablet and desktop utilizing both low fidelity and high fidelity prototypes. 4. Create UX documentation, outlining the user-centered solutions to business objectives. 5. Review UX with multiple teams and making necessary edits to accommodate technical or business concerns. 6. Work collaboratively with front-end engineers to iterate on living digital products and constantly improve the user experience with evolving modern user experience patterns. Required Skills: Bachelor's Degree in Design or 5 years equivalent experience designing for .com/online and mobile user experience. Proven experience delivering complex projects employing creative and innovative solutions. Strong portfolio showcasing web, interaction, and/or user interface design. This may be a combination of prototype, theoretical, and client work. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. A solid understanding of Responsive Design methodologies, and iOS and Android mobile platforms. Eagerness to learn, understand and apply new technologies. Natural tendency to seek and explore design and technology trends for interactive experiences. Ability to independently identify opportunities for improvement. Demonstrated ability to be a self-starter; applicant must be able to push ahead with design projects and drive progress with minimal oversight. Ability to work effectively both independently, and within a team. Possess a high level of knowledge and proficiency with Adobe CC Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop), Sketch, Invision Ability to translate conceptual UX into finished designs. Desired Skills: Experience with Agile Process methodologies, including JIRA (or other project management software) Experience leading end to end design and product development of a website or mobile app.
