Job Responsibilities and Requirements: POSITION SUMMARY Performs entry level professional duties of moderate difficulty providing the opportunity for professional training in various offices throughout the health system. Is expected to perform assigned duties to acquire knowledge of methods, procedures and standards required for successful performance. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Education and Licensure Required: High School Diploma/GED POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Gather and organize data to provide information for departmental special projects or reports 2. Basic arithmetic computations and database analysis 3. Assist in preparing written reports 4. Accompany professional level employees on assignments 5. Conduct interviews with physicians or health system personnel to obtain basic information for departmental use 6. Contact other health system departments or third parties to request or give information and other related duties as assigned Additional Responsibilities: Assist with tasks such as researching and creating outreach lists, taking photos at employee events, assisting with employee newsletters and etc.
