Job Responsibilities and Requirements: In this role, you will develop the market strategy for one of our target market segments. You will leverage a data-driven approach to understand the consumer and business dynamics in order for marketing to make effective choices with our resources to achieve our business objectives. The ideal team member will have a passion for consumer value, structured strategic thinking and creativity in problem solving who has the fortitude to influence in a matrix environment. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: -Serve as a target market expert on all marketing efforts and organizational initiatives by immersing self in the needs, preferences and behaviors of the target market -Compellingly synthesize market level consumer insights across multiple sources (segmentation, primary and secondary research, customer analysis) to support development of marketing strategies to drive business results -Develop and socialize new marketing strategies and partner with key stakeholders to implement including: -Prioritizing areas of investment (e.g., marketing, product, service) with supporting business cases demonstrating potential impact on business goals -Collaborating with channel and product partners to test, develop and measure the success of the marketing tactics -Identify key research needs to ensure the market level insights are timely and relevant partnering with research and insights team to execute -Measure and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for target market -Stay abreast of latest consumer market data and trends sharing key insights, recommendations, and implications across the organization Desired Qualifications Bachelor s degree required, MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred 6+ years overall experience, 4+ years in marketing strategy, product management or management consulting preferred Experience in financial services or CPG preferred Collaborative work style and leadership presence Experience coordinating and leading projects across cross-functional teams, developing well supported business cases and establishing executive buy-in Comfortable functioning as an individual contributor and as a collaborator across groups Advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Ex SF:LI-KR1 SF:LI-KR1 EOE M/F/D/V.
