Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Roles & Responsibilities: Own the sales revenue goal for technology and consulting partner solutions in the Insurance Work with Field Sales, Business Development, Partner Sales, Marketing, and Field Enablement teams to generate pipeline and opportunities for partner solutions in Insurance Own the strategic plan for engagement with Insurance technology partners, maximizing influenced revenue driven with and through Partner Network (APN) partners Work with Business Development and Sales teams to identify target technology partners for Insurance Work with a select group of new and existing partners to develop Insurance solutions, define and execute joint sales and Go to Market (GTM) programs. Represent the partner strategy for Insurance to our internal and external stakeholders including the sales teams as well as media coverage and industry events focused on the Insurance segment Help prioritize investment in partners who focus on the Insurance segment to drive incremental results for both and selected partners Execute go-to-market and routes-to-market plans that have clear and measurable ROI models Work with cross functional groups including training and solutions architecture to build enablement programs that allow strategic partners to develop capabilities and achieve proficiency according to competency standards Work collaboratively with consulting partners to create solutions that combine our top technology partners with packaged implementation services Understand the technical requirements of our solution providers and work closely with the internal development team to guide the direction of our product offerings. Prepare and give business reviews to senior leaders Effectively team with PR, marketing, legal, and support Basic Qualifications The right person will ideally possess 10 years of sales or business development or enterprise solution selling experience in the software/technology industry 7 years experience in Property & Casualty Insurance or Life Insurance Consistently exceeds quota and key performance metrics, with hands on experience negotiating enterprise contracts with F100 companies Define and size sales segments, identify key financial services customers, and identify industry partners including ISVs/solution providers and system integrators Prior experience helping a Financial Services technology company deploy a software product in a SaaS model, or other relevant experience helping an ISV transform an existing software product to a new delivery model Track record of successfully owning, driving and managing partnerships and/or Global Enterprise Accounts against quarterly targets Preferred Qualifications Prior track record of influencing innovation through a partner ecosystem with products or services that have demonstrated success at Enterprise customers Strong presentation skills and the ability to articulate complex concepts to cross functional audiences. Strong technical acumen, with a demonstrated track record of driving emerging/disruptive technologies like open source software, virtualization and Software as a Service delivery models. Ability to think and work creatively to develop unique joint value propositions and product strategy within in the ISV organization Bachelors degree required, technical, business or marketing degrees preferred MBA preferred.
