Job Responsibilities and Requirements: RESPONSIBILITIES Works with the marketing team, studios, and principals to define and execute a content strategy that supports firm-wide goals Creates high-impact content in support of lead generation, brand awareness, and overall marketing goals Writes, edits, produces, and curates content to support an integrated marketing strategy Develops and maintains editorial calendars, specifically works with the marketing team to define content strategy, editorial goals, and metrics for each project and/or campaign Creates and manages content for marketing, business development, and studios, and tailors it to appropriate audience segments Writes, edits, and produces content across a wide-variety of marketing channels, (web, marketing collateral, email, social media, PR, advertising, video, awards, among others) Writes compelling messaging to position the firm as a thought leader and credible source of information Oversees content guidelines, including voice and tone, ensuring content is optimized for multiple platforms, SEO, and is consistent with the FOX Architects brand Measures effectiveness of content marketing, including lead generation, brand recognition, industry engagement, and redefines content as needed Works closely with FOX Architects principals to develop thought leadership pieces Stays abreast of content marketing and industry trends QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's Degree in English, marketing, communications, journalism or other relevant field 5-7 years of experience in marketing, publishing, communications or related field Superior writing and proofreading skills Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics Experience creating content across all marketing channels Exceptional communicator in both written and verbal form Ability to write with a clear, succinct, and engaging style that can translate technical detail into easily understandable information Experience with WordPress, Google Analytics, and the top social media channels Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively and manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment Strong attention to detail Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and positive team player Experience in the A/E/C industry a plus.
