Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Primary Responsibilities: Successful candidate will be able to help establish ownership of an analytics product / solution development and roll out. Individual will join a well established team which is set up for excellent growth within JPMC. Key activities include: Interfacing with business stakeholders to define problems and develop big data /data analytic driven solutions Drive initial strategic thinking and analysis to derive data driven insights, pressure test feasibility, assess the market for the idea, etc Develop project plans and define purpose, roles, tasks, milestones and KPIs Lead projects from ideation through implementation in conformance with approved tools and methodologies Create and coordinate the creation of Business Requirement documents and other project artifacts Communicate project status to Senior Management and other stakeholders Qualifications: Undergraduate degree in a quantitative discipline or related area required; Graduate degree preferred Strong analytical skills and business orientation with proven ability to use data and analytics to drive business results Strong written and oral communication skills with demonstrated ability to communicate complex information simply and clearly to variety of audiences Ability to build and maintain client relationships Demonstrated experience working with engineering, developers and other technology teams Problem structuring & solving experience within a complex corporation Strong understanding in project management principles and experience in delivering end to end solutions Comfortable working on multiple projects at any given time Strong technical background Understanding of financial markets required High tolerance for ambiguity Excellent judgment and decision making ability Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
