You have a demonstrable history of success in inspecting full stack applications and identifying performance bottlenecks You can interact with senior software engineers and architects as a peer who is skilled in the coding languages and terminology they use all day You understand the intricacies of load testing, including load model design, and how to negate the impact of caches. You understand how to present performance data to various audiences based on their unique needs You show an ability to communicate technical concepts and business value clearly and completely to staff at all levels of seniority REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS Technical Competencies required: High degree of confidence measuring full-stack and component-level performance using multiple tools such as Soasta/Akamai MPulse, App Dynamics, Dynatrace, New Relic, browser developer tools, JMX, AWS Cloudwatch, etc. High degree of competence reading and writing code in at least one of Java, Javascript, Python Ability to build and maintain a load/performance testing infrastructure Ability to write well-designed load tests against infrastructure and individual components using a load model and sample/randomized data sets.
