Job Responsibilities and Requirements: The candidate will be accountable to drive dealer maturity in the area of product support lead and opportunity management capabilities by evaluating current processes and identifying improvements that would ensure the dealer's capability to convert leads and opportunities into sold won business. These marketing capabilities are needed to drive growth in product support from both marketing and sales and therefore the candidate will need to use tools provided to help dealer marketing and sales understand the shared goal and establish the capability to have a line of sight to achieving revenue goals. Visibility will come from helping dealers establish a consistent and embedded discipline to use the sales funnel and manage corrective actions that drive daily improvements to meet the revenue goals. In addition, a product support division at a dealership has many sources that generate leads and opportunities. This role will help dealers ensure they have the processes in place to efficiently prioritize and manage the leads and opportunities in a way that provides a clear solution to the customer in order to improve the success rate. This role will require someone who understands marketing and sales operations, the connections to how marketing and sales drives business growth and have a consultative approach to drive the change management. The role is scoped to cover the America's North and South district territories. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, and/or Communications Advanced marketing or sales experience gained from 3-6 years in a broad range of field-based assignments, including experience with dealer and/or customer interaction 1-2 years project management experience Top Candidates Will Also Have: Familiar with company policies and procedures with a strong department background. Candidates should have a degree in marketing, business, communications or equivalent. Strong, proven interpersonal skills including public presentation proficiency and a demonstrated ability to earn trust and credibility with senior dealer management teams. Proven ability to effectively work with all hierarchy levels, develop and mentor personnel, and persuade others internally and externally to ensure relentless execution. Advanced understanding and proven ability to coach on the fundamentals of Marketing. Additional Information: Position will require 25-50% of travel Position can be worked remotely from anywhere in the United States.
