Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Responsibilities: Build, cultivate, manage, and lead a global technology organization responsible for technology incubation, architecture, engineering, development, launch, and management of emerging commercial services and solutions. Develop a commercial facing technology roadmap that supports Product Management, Business Unit, and Customer Priorities and requirements for both existing and new customers, in current and adjacent businesses; Institute and align commercial development processes that ensure products are brought to market with quality and features that drive market adoption; ensure integration with Iron Mountains Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) framework; Identify, create, and utilize a partner ecosystem to accelerate development and adoption of commercial applications and solutions. (suppliers, technology incubators and thought partners, customer-partners, etc.); Engage quickly with sales, commercial, and external customers to quickly incubate lighthouse opportunities as potential pipeline for future applications. Identify and recommend vertical integration, M&A targets, and/or alternate business models where appropriate to drive new solutions. Develop technology evangelists within Iron Mountain that accelerate knowledge learning capability to sell the Mountain to investor, customer, and partner stakeholders. Ensure architectural norms and standards are developed and adhered to. Work closely with customer care to ensure that user experience is key positive differentiator for future solutions. Develop methodologies and capability to enable exceptional customer care / customer experience in a digital world . Lead optimization of technology, roadmap, and investments to ensure maximum ROI, leverage limited resources, increase throughput, and accelerate the ability to scale across markets and customer segments Leadership Characteristics Strong Business acumen ability to understand a business systems and process, and translate that into technology strategy Ability to Influence, Navigate, and Partner Strong partnership and ability to have a seat at the table with business leaders, customers, product managers and outside partners and vendors.
