Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Responsibilities This position will manage the guideline helpdesk and be responsible for: all retail and correspondent inquiries. coordinating and tracking all incoming credit exception requests. managing new seller approvals (Bulk & Correspondent.) assisting in FHA bulk sale credit reviews. adhoc projects assigned by SVP and VP Consumer Finance Credit Risk. Qualifications Extensive knowledge of agency guidelines. Prior experience as an underwriter, QC analyst, or other with similar understanding of a credit file and associated credit risk attributes. Knowledge and use of basic microsoft office suite products. Ability to work under pressure and make decisions.
