Job Responsibilities and Requirements: This includes managing project schedules, identifying risks and clearly communicating goals to project stakeholders. Your projects often span offices, time zones and hemispheres, and it's your job to keep all the players coordinated on the project's progress and deadlines. In this role, you will manage the team s intake process, production meetings, technology platforms and performance metrics. Working closely with employees from different parts of Access, including Customer Service, Marketing, Operations and Finance, you will act as a point of intake contact and escalation for the team. At Access, our mission is to create abundant internet on networks that are always fast and always open. Google Fiber provides superfast Internet to homes in 9 metro areas across the U.S. We want to bring Google Fiber to customers even faster, so we re focused on making deployment more efficient and less intrusive. Responsibilities Be responsible for streamlining, shaping and driving the overall intake and training intake and request process for the Fiber Education team. Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize projects and maintain production. Manage the Fiber Education s team dashboards and goals. Be responsible for the Fiber Education s team training platforms and technology; triage related vendor requests, communicate with vendors and provide answers as needed. Manage partnerships and relationships, and collaborate with other parts of the organization as needed. Qualifications Minimum qualifications: BA/BS degree in Project Management or equivalent practical experience. 5 years of experience in a Learning and Development environment with 3 years of experience in technical instructional design. 3 years of experience in technical writing. Preferred qualifications: Experience building and maintaining interpersonal relationships, managing challenges, solving problems and handling multiple assignments. Ability to evaluate information challenges in order to recommend the best possible solutions. Effective customer service and people skills with excellent communication and presentation capabilities, and comfortability presenting to audiences and communicate in written formats. Ability to travel as required.
