Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Key Responsibilities: -Build strong partnerships with operations leadership teams within dedicated region -Assess and effectively communicate sales opportunities; partner with regional directors to create regional marketing strategy -Understand operational challenges and limitations and effectively integrate into operations leadership team -Create strategic marketing plans for key markets and restaurants within the region -Identify, recommend and work with local community partners aligned with Chipotle s purpose -Innovate ways to capitalize on industry trends, culture, and cares of local communities -Regularly analyze results -Evaluate progress of marketing plans; create recaps for operations teams and marketing leadership teams -Effectively collaborate with field marketing team members and national marketing team members -Plan strategic promotions and local initiatives in-line with national marketing strategy -Create and implement data-driven marketing promotions to build restaurant sales and elevate Chipotle s brand in local communities -Develop outreach plans utilizing social media, PR, e-mail distribution and creative grassroots outreach to maximize effectiveness of initiatives -Develop strong partnerships quickly with community non-profit organizations and other partners -Assess financial results and recap all programming, including recommendations for future partnerships -Plan and execute local events and sponsorships -Collaborate with national events team to create and drive strategy and execution of local events and partnerships -Work with national marketing departments (Social, PR, Creative, Digital, Ecommerce) to create and utilize assets to support partnerships -Negotiate sponsorship proposals -Manage regional marketing budget and event asset inventory The Ideal Candidate Will: -Have 2-5 years marketing experience or relevant equivalent -Possess a B.A./B.S. in Marketing or a related field; or an equivalent in education and experience -Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite -Have flexibility to travel moderately both regionally and nationally -Have the ability to interpret high-level marketing strategy, as well as the design, technical, financial, and operational requirements of marketing programs -Possess a strong ability to manage multiple demands and responsibilities; adapt quickly and effectively to changing needs and expectations. -Have demonstrated ability in maintaining focus on both short and long-term priorities and goals -Be able to develop data-driven, strategic programs and solutions -Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills -Have a strong desire to work as part of a team and elevate others -Be able to write business cases, negotiate contracts and manage a budget -Maintain current knowledge of trends in consumer marketing, the restaurant industry and landscape of key market -Have a strong knowledge and understanding of markets within the region -Have ability to work independently and remotely in the field and from a home office -Have an entrepreneurial spirit and familiar with field marketing -Have a start-up mentality and get excited about building something from the ground up.
