Job Responsibilities and Requirements: You will do: Execute a comprehensive new business development plan targeted to Factoring and Trade Finance. Responsible for contributing to the team s growth and profitability with extensive focus on new client acquisition, developing referral sources and deepening of existing relationships through client cross sell activities. Focus on identifying/evaluating prospective factoring and trade finance relationships acceptable to SNB. Embrace and deliver Sterling National Bank Brand Values and Core Competencies in everyday interaction. Exhibit ethical behavior and integrity in everyday business conduct. Required Skills A B.S. or B.A. degree is required. Previous Factoring and Trade Finance experience is desirable, but comparable functional experience in Commercial or Leverage Lending may be acceptable. Formal credit training is preferred, however, previous business development experience with strong lead generation skills and a general understanding of credit is a potential substitute for formal credit training. Individual should have at least 5 years of related experience. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
