Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Responsible for working with more senior salespersons in delivering Agency MBS capabilities to clients. The position requires significant Institutional client interactions. Provide active coverage for mortgage origination clients in MBS and Specified Pools, in particular organizing the extensive BWIC schedule. Initiate and facilitate the transaction of trades and swaps; provide relevant market color and ideas; ensure the delivery of our Research suite. Assist in the completion and maintenance of all of Credit / KYC requirements. As required, participate in the development of junior members of the team on market dynamics, trade execution and client coverage skills. Basic Qualifications Bachelors Degree 1 years of Experience in a financial services firm or institution 1 years of experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) FINRA Series 7, 63 registrations Ability to multitask and prioritize quickly Preferred Qualifications Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate well Team player with great upside potential Strong analytical and adaptive skills An understanding of MBS fundamentals An understanding of macroeconomic and macro markets fundamentals Results oriented Agency Mortgage Sales.
