Job Responsibilities and Requirements: You Will - Manage projects as assigned by the Business Manager and Regional Marketing. - Administer pricing strategies for all market segments of the Regional Business Unit (RBU) including, but not limited to, maintaining list of price structure and price changes, and assisting Sales customer price increase notifications and customer marketing communications. - Collect market research and subsequently analyze, communicate, and store data via various tools. - Analyze import/export statistics for superabsorbents including evaluation of trends (monthly, annually), changes in pricing, volumes. Analyze market statistics from various publications including Euromonitor, Nielsen, and others. - Maintain intranet webpages, portal applications, and internal BASF systems. - Contract administration includes maintenance of files and contracts for EMH/N business. - Participate in coordination of industry trade shows. - Responsible for administering the policies and practices of the SBUs. - Supports Business Management with reporting requirements including A/R Reporting, Raw Material reports, and non-conformance monitoring (general). - Manage key administrative tasks such as database clean up and input, domestic/import/export sample coordination, and sample approvals. Upon request, assist Sales in inputting customer/sales assignment information into SAP. - Analyze and monitor activity through social media, industry news, and other platforms regarding the hygiene industry (Baby, Adult Incontinence, Feminine Hygiene) to get consumer insights and translate that into business needs. QUALIFICATIONS - RECOGNIZES INSTITUTIONS OF HIGHER EDUCATION WHICH ARE ACCREDITED BY THE COUNCIL FOR HIGHER EDUCATION ACCREDITATION OR EQUIVALENT Ingredients for Success: What We Look for in You - Bachelor's degree required. - At least 2 years of related work experience. Strong background in business market analysis is highly preferred. - Solid analytical, critical reasoning, and computer skills including Microsoft Office. - Excellent planning, organizational, and work management skills to effectively prioritize activities. - Detail-oriented while processing multiple requests and possess a positive, proactive work ethic. Have an entrepreneurial spirit developing process improvements and implementing best practices. - Travel up to 5%.
