Job Responsibilities and Requirements: RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop, execute, and publish content to the Together Site Produce a wide array of digital campaigns and projects, (websites, banner ads, email blasts, etc.) with vendors Assist in the discovery and development process on engagements and accurately scope projects, defining project requirements, and KPIs Ensure that project delivery is on schedule and within budget Manage projects including, but not limited to complex websites, campaign microsites, and comprehensive online media campaigns (social and display buys) Ensure quality assurance process for all projects Manage project status, timelines, and inter-company meetings and conference calls efficiently for the projects they produce with the ability to effectively setup the presentation of all deliverable types (e.g. decks through to live experiences) Author project RFP s and estimate documentation Manage legal negotiations between vendor Assess and recognize instances when production engagement strategies might be altered to better service the work Ensure content on all sites are up-to-date and that sites are working properly Collaborate with team leaders to develop accurate and informed scopes of work that may include development plans, wireframes, schedules, estimates and budgets that meet client and agency expectations Consult, approve, and process change management documents Consult with project teams on execution strategy and creative development Ideate with integrated teams to create the best possible solution Create in-person relationships with the leads of the NBCU properties and digital divisions to develop long-lasting partnerships for content for our sites, as well as positioning Content Innovation & Creative Marketing as a resource for their teams Collaborate with all aspects of the CICM department to concept and execute creative work across all marketing clients and the properties of NBC Universal Brainstorm digital concepts and ideas with team Be up-to-speed in latest digital trends and tools in the various spaces Qualifications/Requirements Bachelor s degree in marketing, communications or similar field 5 years digital producer/social media experience Proven ability to write for different medias and different voices/styles depending on client/assignment Strong communication skills Strong conceptual and strategic skills ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS: Interested candidates must submit a resume/CV to be considered Willingness to travel and work overtime, and on weekends with short notice. Must be willing to work in New York, NY Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States Must be 18 years or older Deep organizational knowledge of NBCU s vast portfolio and social Solid knowledge of all things digital across variety of mediums/medias Desired Characteristics Familiarity with the creative community, especially writing and great conceptual thinking Present award-worthy book/reel/site, showcasing ability to execute amazing creative in addition to ability to write across different medias (print/broadcast/digital) Good contacts with outside vendors Self-starter Proactive thinker Can handle several projects at once Ability to take creative direction and implement changes.
