Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Responsibilities & Duties Daily tracking and monitoring of Appraisal Management Company (AMC) platforms. Adding all new residential mortgage appraisals to Appraisal Trac to create an audit trail (for both regulatory and compliance audits) for quality and control processes. Reconciliation of all new residential mortgage loan requests with the completed appraisals, reviews and invoices to verify that all mortgage loans are captured for quality control. Working with the Bank's Mortgage Division (MBD) on residential appraisal concerns. Job Qualifications/Requirements Preferred: Knowledge of Residential Appraisal and underwriting is preferred; however, training is available. Required: Ability to learn new software applications.
