Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Essential Skills, Knowledge and Abilities: Strong mechanical abilities, ability to communicate and interact with managers & customers, ability to complete all necessary daily paper work applicable to Penhall, DOT, FMCSA, and IFTA requirements, ability to work without continuous supervision. Pass a required pre-employment drug screen and pre-employment background check (7 years). Willingness to travel on a year round basis, work all shifts including extended hours as well as working in weather conditions that may be adverse (hot cold rain). Must possess a valid unrestricted Class A CDL with a tanker endorsement and have a good driving history. Safety and team oriented, willing to work hard, dependable, reliable, and accountable, career oriented, willing to learn, able to lift & move 45lbs or more, mathematical aptitude helpful, computer skills a plus. Requirements: Must have a least 1 year experience in operating a pavement diamond grinder which includes PC 5000A, PC 5000B, PC 6000, or Penhall built G 38's a plus. Additional experience with concrete sawing, cutting and or removal preferred. Transport and operate Penhall Company's specialized heavy equipment safely and efficiently. Interact with job site supervisors and complete daily job related paperwork & safety planning. Operate safely, inspect, repair & perform general preventative maintenance as well as maintain cleanliness of all company equipment. Must adhere to Penhall, DOT, FMCSA, and IFTA requirements and paperwork as well as all safety rules and regulations, have reliable transportation, proper safety gear including steel toe work boots. Owning appropriate tools for the position. Pass a required pre-employment drug screen Pass a pre-employment background record (7) years & periodical checks Must be authorized to work in the Company.
