Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Responsibilities: Juggle multiple projects and stay on top of tight deadlines in a fast-paced, iterative environment. Generate various scalable styles and concepts while maintaining visual parity across an expanding brand. Contribute to the quality, consistency, and further development of the Twilio brand across all media. Work closely with fellow designers and creative leads to develop new visual solutions to technical features and concepts. Leverage data and analytics to make decisions about presentation and flow of web content to best guide the audience through primary funnel content. Requirements: 3-5 years of visual design & illustration experience on consumer-facing digital and print collateral. Degree in design or related field, or equivalent work experience. Strong skills in typography, layout, iconography, and illustration. Comfort developing multiple comps and sharing with the creative team during individual and team critiques. Enthusiasm for design, problem solving, collaboration, and creative thinking. Excellent collaboration & communication skills. Demonstrated experience with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and other design tools. Working knowledge of the current iWork suite (Pages, Keynote, etc) An accessible portfolio showcasing high-level website, typography, & illustration work. Bonus Points: An understanding of code is a plus -- being familiar with front-end basics (HTML, CSS, Javascript) will help you better articulate some of the more technical aspects of your designs with our developers.
