Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Major Responsibilities: Provide insights and actionable recommendations to management Partner across the organization to achieve optimal results Document reporting requirements, source data and develop reports Develop dashboards using appropriate visuals Qualifications: Bachelors required, Preferred -Computer Science, Math, Economics 2-4 years experience with Operations insights, preferred Knowledge/ experience with Tableau/ Spotfire software, preferred Experience working with large data volumes to identify patterns and trends Proficient in Excel, Powerpoint Good knowledge of SQL Technical Expertise: Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy. Decision Making/ Nature of Impact: Ability to handle multiple assignments and meet tight deadlines. Communication Requirements: Ability to communicate your findings and recommendations clearly and to all levels of management.
