Job Responsibilities and Requirements: In addition, this group provides an enterprise-wide view of risk, assists management and our Board of Directors in identifying and monitoring risks that may affect multiple lines of business, and takes appropriate action when business activities exceed the risk tolerance of the company. In this role, the individual is responsible for overseeing all ongoing activities related to the development, implementation of, and adherence to corporate privacy and data protection policies and procedures. The role is critical in defining and communicating privacy program requirements across the Wholesale businesses, including the critical international regions (EMEA, APAC, LatAm, Canada). Design, implement and execute processes to assist business lines in complying with privacy laws and regulations domestic and globally Develop and perform oversight and monitoring activities for privacy and related data protection risks across the group level Comply with corporate program requirements by delivering high-quality and timely deliverables on behalf of the GRO and overseeing LOB activities Establish collaborative relationships with key business, technology, and enterprise partners to ensure ongoing alignment with enterprise, audit and regulatory requirements Provide subject matter expertise, leadership and awareness to Wholesale LOB Privacy Leaders on domestic and global data privacy laws and the potential impacts of those laws Develop appropriate risk identification and assist with the design and implementation of mitigation strategies for identified/known gaps Perform periodic reporting on privacy and related data protection risks, oversight activities, metrics, and initiatives to senior management.
