Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Responsibilities Act as evangelist for the teams engagements in Americas (with a US, CA and BR focus), and manage strong partnerships with regional sales teams from sellers to Directors/VP level. Lead customized customer experiences that facilitate creative brainstorming, illuminate and translate a brand s mission to digital strategies, showcase inspirational customer examples, and bring Google s values and products to life. Consult directly with sales teams and clients/agencies to understand the state of our client s business and brand challenge in order to bring forward-thinking and action-driving perspectives to each workshop. Foster relationships with numerous stakeholders and partner teams in-region (e.g., BrandLab, PSA, other sales channels, Marketing) to ensure alignment and leverage resources. Communicate success stories and best practices for engagement in Americas and globally across GMS channels. Qualifications Minimum qualifications: BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience 5 years of experience in brand marketing, either as a practitioner or working directly with marketers. Preferred qualifications: Experience and proven success in leading executive summits, training workshops, or creative ideation sessions with audience participation. Proven project management, relationship management and leadership skills Cross-functional stakeholder management with Directors/VPs, and strong Google cross-product knowledge and understanding of competitive landscape Outstanding editorial voice, writing and design skills to craft materials that showcase the best of Google and YouTube Storytelling ability to influence stakeholders and transform complex, ambiguous topics into simple, universally understood messages Passion for brand marketing and Google s advertising platforms, and presence to effectively communicate this passion to C-level customers.
