Job Responsibilities and Requirements: Responsibilities: Provide best-in-class IT services to Think Connected's customers Maintain excellent customer service to all customers in all situations Demonstrate initiative and maintain a high degree of professional conduct at all times Seek opportunities to improve knowledge, skills, and performance Assist with monitoring and tracking of service tickets to ensure that resolution occurs within the customer's scope of services Manage and assist in the maintenance or repair of appropriate technologies and peripherals to ensure availability and good working condition of all equipment Develop and maintain knowledge of customer's specific business environment Provide input to and/or develop departmental procedures and incident reports Work in a fun and fast paced environment Required Qualifications: 4 year Bachelor's Degree 5 years of IT experience 2 years of Experience in IT consulting/services Required Skills: Friendly disposition and great sense of humor Loves working with and helping people Impeccable communication, organizational, and attention to detail skills Proficient with many versions of Desktop operating systems including Microsoft, Linux, or Mac OS Experience with Microsoft Server Administration including of Active Directory and Group Policy Strong understanding of common networking concepts DNS, TCP/IP, DHCP, OSI model Experience setting up switches, firewalls, and routers for small businesses Experience with wireless deployments (Meraki, Aerohive, and Cisco) Experience with virtual environments with Hyper-V and VMware Experience with email communication systems with Office 365, Exchange, and G Suite Setup and maintenance of all computer and peripheral hardware Must live in the Bay Area and have transportation to San Francisco Availability to be on call and respond to after hour requests Passion of IT Technology and Delivery Helpdesk or IT Services experience Ability to demonstrate consistent follow-through on assigned tasks Addition Considerations (pluses): Technical certifications (Cisco, Microsoft) Experience with Cloud technologies with Windows Azure or AWS Database design or administration Scripting or coding skills (web, java, JSP, .NET, FileMaker, etc) Deploying, configuring, and managing Linux servers and desktops.
